Perkins Student Worker

About the Department

Assist Career and Technical Education Programs with routine tasks such as student assistance and general classroom/lab duties.

Assisting instructor in classroom during regularly schedule lectures or labs. 2.

Overseeing a lab during non-class times so student can utilize the lab and receive assistance if needed. 3.

Assist faculty with lab preparation and cleanup. 4.

Assist the Perkins department with special projects related to CTE programs.

Other duties as assigned.

• Assisting instructor in classroom during regularly schedule lectures or labs.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: Prior experience in office setting preferred.

Prior experience dealing with a diverse range of individuals preferred.

Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Communication.

Personal: Ability to work independently; ability to follow directions, rules and guidelines; reliability and dependability; outgoing and friendly personality.

Physical: Ability to lift 25lbs.
