Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix fragrance ingredients according to defined formulas and production schedules
- Prepare raw materials, operate mixing and filtration equipment, label and handle containers
- Document each batch for traceability and quality control
- Clean and maintain mixing areas and tools, following safety and hygiene standards
- Report any deviations or equipment issues to supervisors
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to ensure all fragrance batches meet company specifications and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills, and the ability to follow precise formulas, measurements, and written instructions
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in perfumes
- Understanding of basic safety, hygiene, and handling procedures for chemicals and raw materials
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move containers, and work in a fast paced production setting
- Basic record keeping and documentation skills, including maintaining batch logs and production reports
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in chemistry, production, or related fields is an advantage
- Prior experience in fragrance, cosmetic, or related industries is a plus; willingness to learn and follow internal training is essential

Role Description
- The Perfumes Mixing Operator is a full time, on site role based in Sharjah, UAE.
- The person in this role is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing fragrance ingredients according to defined formulas and production schedules.
- Daily tasks include preparing raw materials, operating mixing and filtration equipment, labeling and handling containers, and documenting each batch for traceability and quality control.
- The role also involves cleaning and maintaining mixing areas and tools, following safety and hygiene standards, and reporting any deviations or equipment issues to supervisors.
- The Perfumes Mixing Operator collaborates closely with the production and quality teams to ensure that all fragrance batches meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
