Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and refine fragrance compositions across personal care, home, and lifestyle product lines
- Research raw materials, blend and evaluate scents, and maintain formula records
- Collaborate with product development, branding, and sales teams to align fragrances with market trends and brand identity
- Conduct sensory evaluations and ensure quality and consistency of fragrances
- Support customer presentations or demonstrations when required
- Contribute innovative fragrance concepts and meet project timelines and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Customer focused skills, including strong Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Quality Control, evaluating fragrance stability, consistency, and compliance
- Research and Development (R&D) skills, including fragrance formulation, raw material research, and trend analysis
- Sales related skills, such as supporting product presentations and collaborating with commercial teams
- Knowledge of Personal Care products and applications
- Previous experience as a Perfumer, Junior Perfumer, or Fragrance Developer in a fragrance house, cosmetic, or personal care company
- Formal training in perfumery, chemistry, cosmetic science, or related field preferred
- Strong sensory evaluation skills, attention to detail, and ability to document formulations accurately
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple projects

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Perfumer role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Perfumer will be responsible for creating, developing, and refining fragrance compositions across personal care, home, and lifestyle product lines.
Daily Tasks
- Researching raw materials, blending and evaluating scents, maintaining formula records.
- Collaborating with product development, branding, and sales teams to align fragrances with market trends and brand identity.
- Conducting sensory evaluations, ensuring quality and consistency of fragrances.
- Supporting customer presentations or demonstrations when required.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and regulatory standards while contributing innovative fragrance concepts.
Qualifications
- Customer focused skills, including strong Customer Service abilities.
- Experience in Quality Control, with the ability to evaluate fragrance stability, consistency, and compliance.
- Research and Development (R&D) skills, including fragrance formulation, raw material research, and trend analysis.
