About the Role
Deliver high-quality non-functional testing services across telecommunications platforms, services, and applications in a global environment.
Focus on testing strategy, test planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and continuous improvement across cloud, CRM, and middleware domains.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, operations teams, and external partners to meet quality, performance, scalability, and service objectives.
Performance Testing Delivery
- Define and implement performance testing strategies aligned to business objectives, project risks, and delivery schedules.
- Understand telecommunications technology landscapes and delivery approaches to determine appropriate testing methodologies.
- Gather requirements, develop dynamic test scripts and scenarios, execute tests, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test scripts, test data, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze results and provide actionable technical and business-focused recommendations.
- Support issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution with application and development teams.
- Deliver testing activities to agreed milestones, quality standards, timelines, and service levels.
