Job Title: Performance Testing Lead / Senior Lead Job Level: E3/F1 Domain: Cargo / Logistics Location: TVM/COK/BLR Reports To: Performance Test Architect / Program Manager – Performance Testing ________________________________________ Job Summary: We are looking for a Performance Testing Lead / Senior Lead to drive performance testing initiatives for cargo domain applications. The role involves hands-on execution of performance tests, tool setup and configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JMeter (must), LoadRunner, K6, and a solid foundation in performance engineering and database optimization. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance testing efforts across multiple projects within the cargo domain.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.
- Set up and configure performance testing environments and tools.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Support performance tuning of databases and backend systems.
- Document test strategies, execution plans, and results.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices in performance testing. ________________________________________ Required Technical Skills:
