Job Summary
Supports sales growth and brand awareness for KEEN performance product categories within an assigned territory.
Builds relationships with run specialty, outdoor specialty, and strategic retail partners through product education, in-store engagement, and community events.
Gathers market insights and provides feedback for brand and product development.
Essential Functions
- Manage an assigned territory and support sales and brand awareness with specialty and strategic retail partners.
- Develop retail account relationships through product education and in-store engagement.
- Partner with Territory Managers to strengthen brand presence and drive sell-through.
- Train retail staff and consumers on KEEN running, hiking, and performance sandal products.
- Create in-store engagement activities and running events.
- Represent KEEN at trail races, expos, and trade shows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and provide frontline feedback.
- Maintain weekly and monthly progress reports.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in retail, sales, account marketing, or customer service is required.
- Running retail experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep knowledge of and connection to trail running and outdoor pursuits.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly organized.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Travel and Driving
- Travel is required, up to 50% of the time.
- An MVR is required.
