Position Summary
The Performance Analyst supports Performance Managers and ambulatory practice leadership with operational initiatives and organizational goals.
The role focuses on patient access, patient engagement, financial performance, data interpretation, project support, training, and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support ambulatory initiatives involving patient access, patient engagement, financial performance, and operational goals.
- Assist with strategies, goal setting, operational impact analysis, and improvement or action plans.
- Generate reports, document findings, and provide recommendations accurately and promptly.
- Support new practices, service line activations, acquisitions, program development, clinic optimization, and system rollouts.
- Collect, organize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative operational data.
- Manage the new-business process for ambulatory clinics, including coordination and financial analysis.
- Maintain Health Network policies and procedures.
- Manage training for new hires, practice integration, and new program introductions.
- Support Epic operational changes, upgrades, and ATE activities for go-lives.
- Facilitate monthly AOC meetings and represent Ambulatory Operations on committees.
