Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, and other paid channels
- Run campaigns targeting international markets for Dubai real estate projects, roadshows, investor events, and overseas property exhibitions
- Create campaign strategies for generating qualified buyer and investor leads from markets such as the UK, GCC, Europe, and other high potential regions
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, improve targeting, and reduce cost per qualified lead
- Track and analyze campaign performance including CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, booking rate, and ROI
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop ad copies, hooks, landing pages, lead forms, and campaign creatives that convert
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of performance marketing experience
- Hands on experience running campaigns for Dubai real estate agencies, developers, or off plan projects
- Experience generating international leads for real estate roadshows, events, exhibitions, or overseas sales campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads, tracking, pixels, lead forms, and retargeting
- Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and improve lead quality
- Good understanding of Dubai off plan real estate buyers, investor behavior, and international targeting
- Must be data driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off plan property lead generation.
- This is a remote role, but the candidate must have proven experience running paid campaigns for Dubai real estate projects targeting international markets.
