About the Role
Sahala Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for Saudi market clients.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights
- Execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to improve ad performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, CAC
- Experience working with Saudi businesses or the Saudi market
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional English proficiency
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (preferred)
- Google Tag Manager (preferred)
