The employer is seeking a result-driven Performance Marketing Specialist.
The role focuses on designing, managing, and optimizing return-on-investment-focused PPC and paid social campaigns for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and display campaigns for multiple clients.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Run A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages to maximize return on investment.
- Set up conversion tracking and retargeting pixels.
- Compile monthly campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
- Advise clients and team members on content and landing pages to boost performance.
- Stay updated on PPC advertising trends and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and forward-thinking approach.
