What You'll Be Doing

• Define and manage paid campaign strategy to achieve acquisition targets and reduce customer acquisition costs.
• Run growth experiments across new or emerging channels to uncover scalable acquisition paths.
• Own operations, optimization, and execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and other paid channels.
• Deliver pipeline creation and return on investment goals through paid-channel performance.
• Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on a per-channel basis.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, and other teams on growth initiatives.
• Use data and experimentation to iterate on campaigns and report learnings.
• Support go-to-market strategies and launches through messaging and channel-mix input.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or acquisition roles.
• Strong experience managing paid search and social campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta.
• A proven ability to achieve growth, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend goals.
• Hands-on experience executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to analyze data, run tests, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product, partnerships, and design teams.
