SUBO is a contemporary women’s wear brand building a design-led fashion business through digital marketing and customer acquisition.

The role is a hands-on, on-site Meta Ads position in Surat focused on campaign planning, execution, optimization, and scaling.

Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage campaign structures, audiences, creatives, placements, and budgets.
Run conversion, sales, traffic, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
Test targeting, creative, copy, placements, and campaign structures.
Monitor performance metrics, optimize budgets, and identify scalable products and offers.
Set up Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking and prepare performance reports.
Work with the creative team and help build SUBO’s performance marketing strategy.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, audiences, retargeting, lookalikes, and funnel strategy.
Comfort with numbers, analytics, and performance data, including ROAS, CAC, AOV, and conversion rate.
Ability to analyze campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Strong testing and problem-solving mindset with a proactive, organized approach.
