Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end to end digital advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Develop targeted Lead Generation campaigns aimed at High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and global investors for luxury real estate projects
- Manage Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, and pixel infrastructures with strict compliance to Meta’s Advertising Policies
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI) daily, weekly, and monthly, executing continuous A/B testing to maximize ad spend efficiency
- Collaborate closely with sales and client acquisition teams to evaluate lead quality and continuously optimize targeting based on conversion feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation, preferably within luxury real estate, high end investment, or wealth management sectors
- Advanced technical knowledge of Meta Business Manager infrastructure, account security protocols, and strategies for mitigating account restriction risks
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and optimizing large scale advertising budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fluency in Russian, Turkish, or Turkmen is a significant advantage
- Proficiency with advanced CRM platforms and lead tracking systems

Job Description & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end to end digital advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop targeted Lead Generation campaigns aimed at High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and global investors for luxury real estate projects.
- Manage Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, and pixel infrastructures with strict, 100% compliance to Meta’s Advertising Policies, ensuring account security and completely avoiding risky automation tools or unauthorized bots.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI) daily, weekly, and monthly, executing continuous A/B testing to maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and client acquisition teams to evaluate lead quality and continuously optimize targeting based on conversion feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation, preferably within the luxury real estate, high end investment, or wealth management sectors.
- Advanced technical knowledge of Meta Business Manager (Business Suite) infrastructure, account security protocols, and proven strategies for mitigating account restriction risks without violating platform guidelines.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and optimizing large scale advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make entirely data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English. (Fluency in Russian, Turkish, or Turkmen is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency with advanced CRM platforms and lead tracking systems.
