We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of an established paid advertising operation across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise existing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
- Develop campaign strategies for paid social, paid search, Google Shopping, prospecting and retargeting
- Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and other KPIs
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while protecting profitability
- Conduct continuous testing of creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages and campaign strategies
- Work closely with in house image and video editors by providing data driven creative briefs
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports with results, insights and recommended actions
- Support expansion into additional markets through audience research and localisation
Requirements
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Ability to develop and execute campaign strategies for paid social, paid search, and shopping
- Experience with tracking, attribution, and data driven decision making
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of an established paid advertising operation across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads.
- The initial focus will be the UAE market, with plans to expand into up to four international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise existing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
- Develop campaign strategies for paid social, paid search, Google Shopping, prospecting and retargeting
- Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and other key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while protecting profitability
- Improve campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding approaches, offers and advertising angles
- Conduct continuous testing of creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages and campaign strategies
- Work closely with our in house image and video editors by providing clear, data driven creative briefs
- Analyse creative performance and recommend new content concepts based on advertising results
- Review existing tracking and attribution data to ensure performance decisions are based on accurate information
- Identify and report any tracking, attribution or platform issues that may affect campaign performance
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports with results, insights and recommended actions
- Support expansion into additional markets through audience research, localisation and market specific campaign strategies
Additional Responsibilities
- Stay updated on advertising platform changes, policies, attribution developments and new performance marketing opportunities
- Contribute to the ongoing development of SEO, AI search visibility, generative engine optimisation and LLM visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve how the brand and its products appear across traditional search engines and AI powered search platforms
