Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and results driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive measurable results, enhance brand awareness,

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and more.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources, constantly adjusting based on performance to meet ROI and KPIs.
  • Use data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Manage and utilize Zoho CRM for end to end lead tracking, collaborating with Zoho support and the IT team to ensure seamless data flow and attribution.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CLTV. Report on campaign performance regularly to senior management with clear, actionable insights derived from both ad platforms and CRM data.
  • Utilize Canva to create and edit basic designs and ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS to design landing pages, edit website content, and optimize for conversions.
  • Execute email marketing strategies and automated communications using Twilio to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Coordinate with external agencies and internal IT teams for technical integrations or CRM troubleshooting.
  • Continuously refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and drive qualified leads.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills, Education, and Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in performance marketing management, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Hands on experience with Canva for creative asset production.
  • Strong familiarity with WordPress CMS for page building and content edits.
  • Experience managing leads within Zoho CRM.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (specifically Twilio).
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and platform specific trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a focus on customer value and driving quality traffic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented, customer focused, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
