Role Description

  • This is a part time, hybrid Performance Marketing Manager role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and flexibility to work from home.
  • You will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and maximize return on ad spend.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns, monitoring budgets, and adjusting bids and targeting to meet performance goals.
  • Analyzing campaign data, building dashboards and reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams to refine messaging, test landing pages, and improve conversion funnels.
  • Staying current on industry trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements within the financial services and mortgage sectors.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in performance marketing, including hands on experience with paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and display or retargeting campaigns.
  • Data and analytics skills, such as using Google Analytics or similar tools, building reports and dashboards, and interpreting data to optimize campaigns and conversion funnels.
  • Competence in campaign planning and optimization, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, budget allocation, and bid strategy management.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets aligned with brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain performance insights and recommendations to non technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple campaigns concurrently, and meet deadlines in a regulated industry.
  • Prior experience in financial services, lending, or other regulated sectors is highly beneficial; familiarity with compliance and advertising standards is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Comfort working with CRM or marketing automation platforms and an interest in testing new tools and channels to improve performance.
