Role Overview
Own paid acquisition, creative performance, and organic growth while leading Graphic Designers, Social Content Creators, and the SEO Team.

Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Improve lead volume, lead quality, campaign efficiency, and marketing return.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend according to performance.
- Stay current with platform changes, best practices, and new performance marketing opportunities.
Tracking and Optimization
- Review landing pages, lead forms, offers, calls to action, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Set up and monitor tags, pixels, tracking, attribution, and conversion events.
- Use Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and GA4 for tracking and analysis.
- Diagnose performance issues involving targeting, creative, bidding, tracking, landing pages, websites, or account structure.
Reporting and Collaboration
- Prepare reports on lead generation, cost per lead, conversion trends, and return on marketing spend.
- Work with sales and management to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
- Lead and coordinate design, social content, and SEO contributors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid lead generation.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of campaign structure, bidding, audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.
- Understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, and website or landing page performance.
- Strong grasp of landing pages, user journeys, lead forms, and calls to action.
- Ability to solve performance issues quickly and work comfortably with metrics and reports.
- Strong communication skills with an organized, proactive, and results-focused approach.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in travel, tourism, visa services, or another lead-driven business is preferred.
- Experience focused on lead generation rather than only awareness or engagement is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, or collaboration with web and technical teams is preferred.
Work Arrangement
- The role is full-time and based in person.
