Own end-to-end performance marketing for the company's brand portfolio in the Dubai market.

Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Test and scale audience targeting, retargeting funnels, direct-response formats and lead-generation flows.
- Deliver monthly reports covering CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, spend efficiency and channel ROI.
- Analyse competitor advertising creative, promotional hooks, bidding strategies and landing page funnels.
- Write ad copy and collaborate with design teams on visual and video assets.
- Track performance through platform analytics, attribution dashboards and custom event configuration.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms and chat automation pathways to improve conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets and run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages and audience segments.
Candidate profile
- A data-driven approach to performance marketing and paid acquisition.
- Experience with performance marketing or multi-channel paid acquisition.
- The source listing metadata specifies two to six years of experience.
- Ability to use campaign data and analytics to drive optimization decisions.
