Ruuby Performance Marketing Manager

  • Ruuby is the leading at home beauty and wellness platform, connecting clients with vetted therapists across the UK, UAE, Switzerland and the South of France.
  • As we scale across markets, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid and organic growth driving acquisition, retention and revenue across the UK and our international markets.
  • This is a hands on, data led role for someone who knows how to set up, run and optimise paid campaigns end to end.

What you'll do

  • Own Meta advertising across the UK and international markets strategy, set up, execution and optimisation.
  • Plan and run Google Ads campaigns search, performance max and beyond.
  • Build and scale TikTok ad campaigns.
  • Own the paid media budget across channels and markets allocating spend where it delivers, and managing to clear targets (CAC, ROAS, CPA).
  • Set up campaigns end to end audiences, creative testing, tracking and optimisation.
  • Partner with the brand & content lead on ad creative briefing, storyboarding and shaping concepts for paid.
  • Run structured creative testing to identify top performing hooks, formats and angles.
  • Own Ruuby's SEO strategy technical, on page and content, working to grow organic visibility across markets.
  • Lead on GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ensuring Ruuby surfaces in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) as well as traditional search.
  • Take a full funnel view of growth connecting paid and organic activity through to bookings, retention and revenue.
  • Dig into product and booking analytics to understand customer behaviour, drop off and what drives repeat.
  • Identify growth opportunities across the funnel not just top of funnel acquisition, but conversion and retention.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, ideally across multiple markets.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills comfortable owning a budget and being measured on results.
  • A growth mindset comfortable looking across the whole funnel and digging into product and booking data, not just ad platform metrics.
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Mixpanel/Amplitude or similar).
  • Hands on with campaign set up and execution, not just oversight.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, with awareness of how AI is reshaping search (GEO).
  • Confident reporting and presenting performance to stakeholders.
  • Self starter who can own their channels end to end.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing across international markets.
  • Background in beauty, wellness, marketplace or D2C.
  • Experience feeding creative requirements into content/social teams.
