Location and Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage paid budget allocation across channels and campaigns.
- Build and launch landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments.
- Run continuous tests on creative, audiences, and bidding.
- Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV and report channel performance weekly.
- Partner with creative, lifecycle, and analytics teams on integrated growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least four years of paid acquisition experience at scale and experience with annual budgets of at least $1 million.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is required.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution and incrementality testing are required.
- Working knowledge of GA4, ad-side analytics, and tracking tools is required.
- Experience briefing creative for paid social and search is required.
- A test-and-learn mindset, strong written communication, and storytelling instincts are expected.
