Performance Marketing – Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

• ● Hands-on understanding of paid marketing platforms & affiliate management skills to ensure effective ROAS ● Leading and building best-in-class content-led performance marketing campaigns for STAGE ● Generate top of funnel viewer sampling and subscription conversions. ● Work cross-functionally with Platform, Content, Social, PR, Digital and Creative Communication teams to develop marketing creatives and ideas and collaborate with teams for creative optimization ● Manage the campaign strategy and development workflow to deliver SVOD campaign KPIs. ● Collaborate with analytics /product teams to develop frameworks and analytical models to predict subscriptions for optimizing CPS and ensuring effective CPS and CAC for marketing campaigns.
• Expectations ● Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring ● Hands-on experience in performance marketing roles ● Experience running mobile acquisition campaigns ● Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories ● Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity ● Ability to lead with influence and work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams. ● A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overall outcomes to the business at large ● Team player and ability to work with cross functional teams ● Understanding of performance marketing metrics and seamlessly merging it with business KPIs ● Prior OTT experience will be a plus.
