Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Performance Marketing Data Analyst** to oversee campaign analytics, manage data-driven insights, and align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that support growth, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- **Campaign Analytics**: Analyze paid media campaigns across social, search, and display channels.
- **Data Modeling**: Build predictive models to forecast campaign performance and ROI.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- **Budget Optimization**: Provide insights to maximize efficiency of marketing spend.
- **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical marketing practices.
- **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools, AI-driven insights, and automation practices.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with marketing teams, influencers, and finance departments to align data insights with campaign objectives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed dashboards and reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of analytics or performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a data-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of **marketing analytics frameworks** and GCC digital environments.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, Power BI, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multinational or regional marketing organizations preferred.
