- Plan, launch, and manage result oriented ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and X
- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce ad spend waste
- Handle urgent campaign issues such as ad rejections, sudden performance drops, or tracking problems
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on copy, designs, and target audiences to maximize budget efficiency
- Achieve agreed KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and CPL
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Performance Marketer
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and consumer behavior in Riyadh
- Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Pixel/Conversions API)
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

- Handle urgent campaign issues (ad rejections, sudden performance drops, tracking problems) with practical solutions.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on copy, designs, and target audiences for maximum budget efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of proven experience as a Performance Marketer.
- Deep knowledge and previous experience in the Saudi market, especially Riyadh consumer behavior.
- Exceptional problem solving skills and flexibility with market changes and platform updates.
- High proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Pixel/Conversions API, e commerce integration tools).
- Ability to take responsibility and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Compensation
- Salary: 3,000 SAR per month.
