Role Overview

  • Illumination Media is looking for a sharp, analytical, and strategy driven Performance Marketer who can go beyond managing ads and take ownership of complete digital growth campaigns for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Build full funnel campaign strategies focused on awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and growth
  • Develop performance strategies that support client growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
  • Analyse client objectives and recommend the right campaign structure, audience targeting, creatives, budgets, and platform mix
  • Work closely with the creative team to guide ad creatives, hooks, formats, messaging, and content direction based on performance insights
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and make data led optimisation decisions
  • Prepare performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and next step recommendations
  • Support SEO strategy, keyword planning, landing page suggestions, and organic growth direction
  • Understand geo targeting, audience behaviour, lead quality, conversion tracking, and campaign scaling
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients beyond paid ads, including content strategy, platform positioning, and funnel improvement

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance campaign management
  • Understanding of SEO, geo targeting, lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics
  • Ability to think strategically, not just technically
  • Strong understanding of how social media platforms grow and perform
  • Experience in building campaign strategies for different industries and objectives
  • Ability to interpret data and convert it into clear action points
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain campaign performance to internal teams and clients
  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of content, audience behaviour, and digital trends
  • Must be based in Dubai and available for hybrid work
