Overview

  • Role & responsibilities
  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level execution in Meta Business Manager (Advantage+), TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search/Shopping).
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Shopify Analytics, GA4, GTM, and tracking pixels.
  • AI Tools: Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity for creative hooks , creating images and strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to read data to improve ROAS and lower CPA.

• Hybrid Creative Skills (MUST HAVE)

  • Canva Mastery: Ability to design high-converting static ads and animated stories from scratch.
  • Mobile Video Editing: Proficiency in CapCut or similar apps to edit raw UGC (User Generated Content) into "scroll-stopping" ads.
  • AI Creative Tools: Hands-on knowledge of AI image/video generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, or Canva Magic Studio).
  • Creative Strategy & Briefing: Ability to analyze ROAS/CTR data and write clear, technical "Creative Briefs" for senior editors and designers.
  • Preferred candidate profile
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in
  • E-commerce or D2C
  • performance marketing.

Full-Funnel Management

  • Strategize Build, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Daily Optimization:
  • Monitor daily spends and adjust bids/creatives to maintain a high ROAS (4x5x minimum).
  • Technical Setup:
  • Ensure all tracking (GTM, Pixels, GA4) is working perfectly for every campaign.
  • Creative Strategy:
  • Use AI tools to develop high-converting hooks and ad copy experiments and images and videos edits as per need.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide clear, data-driven updates on campaign performance and scaling opportunities.
  • Integrating Ai
  • as per the performance demands
  • Rapid Prototyping:
  • When an ad fatigues, you don't wait for a designer.
  • You use Canva or CapCut to quickly create 3-5 new "Hook" variations to keep ROAS high.
  • Content Research:
  • Conduct competitor "Ad Spy" research to identify emerging creative trends in the e-commerce/D2C space.
  • Strategic Briefing:
  • Deliver data-backed creative briefs to clients and external designers.

UG: B.A - Bachelor of Arts in Marketing
