About the Role

Responsibilities

• ● Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage high-performing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta and Google Ads .
• ● Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• ● Ad Creative & Copy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
• ● Optimization & Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement rigorous A/B testing (e.g., ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies) to maximize efficiency and scale performance.
• ● Audience Targeting: Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and targeting strategies (e.g., lookalikes, custom audiences, retargeting) to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
• ● Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
