Role Overview

  • Seeking an energetic and experienced Performance Manager to develop and maintain customer relationships and drive performance with Activix CRM.
  • Role reports to Senior Manager, Performance Management.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a clear understanding of client business goals and implement effective dealership processes.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews as per account guidelines.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with dealers; ensure high product adoption and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure correct and timely updates within Activix CRM for account management and KPI measurement.
  • Train dealership personnel to ensure strong adoption and engagement with AutoSync software products.

What You'll Need

  • University degree or previous sales experience.
  • 2+ years of automotive industry experience, ideally within a dealership or with another CRM provider.
  • 2+ years of account management experience.
  • Comfortable working somewhat autonomously and able to prioritize deliverables.
  • Ability to use quantitative & qualitative metrics to communicate progress and make recommendations.
  • Experience communicating with dealership personnel including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strategic and collaborative; ability to communicate a vision and deliver on it.
  • Ability to travel to Vancouver, BC 5 10 days per month.

Compensation

  • Expected compensation: CAD $75,000 $80,000.
