Responsibilities
- Monitor driver performance using operational KPIs and reports
- Coach and motivate drivers to improve productivity and service quality
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
- Conduct one on one performance discussions and follow ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Work closely with the Operations team to resolve performance issues
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate performance records
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high performing driver culture
Requirements
- Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Organized, proactive, and solution oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- English – Required
- Hindi – Required
- Urdu – Preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Role Description
- Location: Lusail, Qatar
- Salary: QAR 2,000 – 3,000 per month

- At Khadoom, we’re looking for a Performance Improvement Coordinator to work closely with our driver fleet, helping them improve performance, maintain high service standards, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do

- Can work confidently in a fast moving operational environment.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Training will be provided for the right candidate.
