Support IT Operations and Command Center activities with a focus on performance analysis and technical insights.
Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience
- Technical Lead-level experience as a Performance Engineer
- Extensive experience with Dynatrace and modern observability tools
- Proven track record in performance bottleneck analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience in production incident investigation and RCA
- Experience in highly regulated environments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert Performance Engineering support for production and performance-related incidents
- Leverage Dynatrace to investigate, troubleshoot, and analyze performance issues
- Deliver technical insights and context to support rapid incident investigation and resolution
- Support the Operations team during critical incident triage calls
- Analyze application and system performance to detect bottlenecks and areas of degradation
- Perform or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex, performance-related incidents
