About the Role

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS, conversions, and efficiency
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high performing ad creatives and campaigns
- Manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, GA4, and GTM
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on page optimization, content recommendations, and performance tracking
- Monitor organic traffic and search performance using Google Search Console and GA4
- Collaborate with content and web teams to improve website visibility, landing page performance, and user experience
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO practices, and platform updates
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Search Console, and on page optimization
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and budget management skills
- Experience in e commerce or retail marketing is an advantage

Job Overview
