Performance Coaching Manager (Personal Training)

As a Performance Coaching Manager, you will focus on managing the Personal Training department. You will strive continuously to improve the Personal Training Program by coordinating, supervising and managing daily operations.

You are a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to each member’s health journey so that they have a positive MOVATI experience. You will oversee training methods and ensure training plans are tailored to reflect our members personal goals and health concerns.

You are also highly organized and driven! You are responsible for monthly Personal Training P&L management and developing strategies and business plans in partnership with management to meet sales goals and targets. You will also monitor key performance metrics daily to ensure your team is achieving or exceeding Personal Training sales and session delivery objectives.

​ Manager, Performance Coaching​ annual salary range: ​$55,000 - $75,000 and eligibility for additional performance-based compensation, including coaching pay, commission, and short and long-term incentive opportunities. Variable compensation is discretionary and dependent on performance and business results.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
