Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and schedule qualified calls for coaching programs
- Engage leads via phone, email, and social media
- Follow up consistently and use scripts to guide conversations toward booking strategy calls
- Manage and update appointment calendars
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems
- Coordinate with coaching and sales team for smooth handover of booked appointments
- Nurture relationships with prospects and handle initial questions about services
Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience with Lead Generation and qualifying potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or other tracking systems
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client outreach
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

Role Description
- Full time, remote Performance Based Appointment Setter role.
- Responsible for connecting with potential clients and scheduling qualified calls for coaching programs.
- Engage leads via phone, email, and social media; follow up consistently; use scripts to book strategy calls.
- Manage appointment calendars, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with coaching and sales team.
- Nurture relationships with prospects and qualify leads based on criteria.
- Performance measured by volume and quality of appointments set.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.
- Experience with Lead Generation and qualifying potential clients.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or other tracking systems.
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client outreach (online coaching, wellness, or personal development sectors is a plus).
