Role Overview
Digitizer Marketing Management is hiring an experienced Performance Account Manager in Dubai.
The role focuses on client relationships, measurable results, and management of high-performing marketing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Build long-term client relationships and develop account growth strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with performance marketing, creative, and strategy teams for campaign delivery.
- Prepare performance reports and lead client review meetings.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
- Marketing agency experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and performance marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and WordPress websites.
- Understanding of website structure, optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
