PeopleSoft Developer

REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYGRAPH OR WILLINGNESS TO OBTAIN A POLYGRAPH

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support mission-critical Human Capital Management (HCM) applications in a secure government environment.

This position will provide technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, production support, and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleTools, SQL, and customized enterprise environments , along with the ability to work directly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Develop technical design specifications based on business and functional requirements.
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze, develop, code, test, and implement new software functionality and enhancements to existing applications.
• Test and validate completed solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain complete, accurate technical and functional documentation in accordance with program standards.
• Provide ongoing production support for customer PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting, program analysis, testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Provide Tier 2 application support and assist with the resolution of escalated technical and functional issues.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, release management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to identify requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Support production activities outside normal business hours when required.
