Role Overview
SOSi is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Payroll Developer to lead the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM Payroll solutions . In this role, you'll ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing by leveraging deep expertise in PeopleSoft tools, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Integration Broker.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—HR, Benefits, and Finance—to deploy scalable Payroll solutions, including Payroll WorkCenter, complex integrations, and custom reporting. This is a hands-on technical opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical initiative that directly aligns with our customer’s enterprise objectives and digital transformation strategy.

Overview
SOSi is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Payroll Developer to lead the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM Payroll solutions . Essential Job Duties
- Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft Payroll solutions , including pay calculation, confirmation, garnishments, retroactive pay, and off-cycle processing.
- Configure and maintain Payroll WorkCenter , including navigation, queries, dashboards, and alerts for payroll operations.
- Support quarterly and year-end activities, including tax updates, W-2 processing, and compliance reporting .
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing errors, system issues, and integrations with external partners (e.g., benefits providers, tax agencies, financial systems).
