PeopleSoft Consultant

PeopleSoft Financials application administration, support, and troubleshooting.

Required: Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP) and Billing (BI) modules.

Nice to Have: Knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM), Project Costing (PC), Purchasing (PO), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Order Management (OM).

Experience creating and supporting PeopleSoft queries, batch processes, table maintenance, and data management activities.

Understanding of system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and change management processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Experience supporting global Finance organizations across multiple regions and business units.

Knowledge of finance transformation, process automation, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.

Familiarity with financial reporting, compliance, and internal control processes.

Experience developing and delivering end-user training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
