In this role, you will:
Be the go-to HR contact for leaders and employees across the South cluster
Guide teams through HR policies, employee relations, performance, and development conversations
Run key HR cycles: performance reviews, compensation, succession planning, talent development
Support the rollout of new HR systems and processes (Workday & ServiceNow)
Skip the repetitive application forms

Handle day-to-day HR queries
Resolve employee relations matters
Ensure compliance with employment laws and site-level statutory requirements
Work with TPL vendors to ensure workforce availability
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and engagement activities
Encourage internal mobility and growth opportunities for employees
Partner with HRBPs, People Advisory, Centres of Excellence, and Global Mobility teams
Work with regional People Partnering Operations (PPO) to solve complex cases
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
10–12 years of HR generalist experience
Strong understanding of: ✔ Employee relations ✔ Labour laws ✔ Performance & talent processes ✔ Vendor management
Experience working with large or multinational organizations
Ability to coach leaders, handle change, and work independently
A positive, energetic, “let’s find a solution” mindset
Strong communication skills in English and local language
Experience in unionized environments is a bonus.
