About the Role
Milestone Systems is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the full HR remit for the Dubai site and serve as the primary HR partner for the META region. You will manage visa processing, employee lifecycle, and provide first-line HR partnership.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the META region
- Manage the end to end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration
- Lead UAE immigration and employment compliance including visas, work permits, and Emirates ID
- Oversee HR operations including employee relations, payroll inputs, benefits, absences, and investigations
- Support local recruitment activities and partner with Talent Acquisition
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and workplace operations
- Support local office operations by coordinating administrative and workplace related activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a blended HR and operations role
- Experience working within a multinational, global organization
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements
- Hands on experience managing UAE visa and immigration processes
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Hands on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle or similar systems
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
