About the Role

  • Seeking an organized and uplifting People Operations Manager to keep internal operations running smoothly.
  • Teams are distributed across multiple countries, with Dubai as main hub.
  • Growing fast with active hiring across functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end to end People Operations: run and continuously improve core HR processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, visa coordination, benefits administration).
  • Drive operational excellence projects: optimize operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions.
  • Manage employment documentation: drive contract preparation and lifecycle management with strong attention to detail and compliance.
  • Build and maintain internal policies: develop, standardize, and keep policies up to date (e.g., WFH, insurance, leave, expenses).
  • Run HR systems and data: own HR tooling and data quality, and produce reliable people/ops reporting when needed.
  • Manage office operations and vendors: handle key vendor relationships, procurement, and act as day to day point of contact for the landlord/office needs.
  • Support culture and team effectiveness: drive employee satisfaction initiatives, organize team events/offsites, and support workshops.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following fields: Operations, HR, Office Management (startup or high growth environment preferred).
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication in writing and verbally.
  • Proven ability to independently run multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • Confident with HR systems and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence.
  • Thriving in a fast changing environment; brings structure without adding bureaucracy.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English.

Nice to Have

  • Comfortable with building simple models/reports, spotting patterns in ops data.
  • Experience simplifying workflows and introducing lightweight automation.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
  • Hands on experience planning team events/offsites end to end.
