People Operations Coordinator

About You

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees across OneSchool Global UK
• Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters and employment documentation
• Manage pre-employment checks, including references, DBS checks, right-to-work verification and qualification checks
• Liaise with candidates, campuses and external providers throughout the onboarding journey
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files within the HRIS
• Process employee lifecycle changes including contractual amendments, promotions, salary changes and leavers
• Coordinate probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration
• Support monthly payroll administration by ensuring employee data is accurate and communicated on time
• Produce People & Culture reports and maintain data integrity across systems
• Support compliance, safeguarding and employee record audits
• Assist with People Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives
