People Operations Administrator

This is more than an administration role. You'll help ensure the information our employees, managers and leaders rely on is accurate, compliant and up to date. From supporting employee lifecycle activities to carrying out data quality checks and helping improve processes, your work will have a direct impact on colleagues across the organisation.

You'll work closely with teams across Payroll, Recruitment, Learning & Development and the wider business, giving you excellent exposure to the full employee lifecycle and the opportunity to broaden your HR knowledge and experience.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution during one of the most significant periods in GFSL's history. As the organisation progresses through its transition towards future private sector provision, you'll support the delivery of essential People services by ensuring employee data remains accurate, compliant and dependable. Your work will help provide stability, continuity and confidence for employees and leaders while supporting the successful management of organisational change.

GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM services will in future be delivered by the private sector. This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL's services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
