- Design, implement, and monitor people engagement initiatives
- Plan and execute internal engagement programs, support well being and recognition initiatives
- Collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one on one meetings
- Develop and manage corporate sustainability and CSR initiatives
- Support sustainability reporting and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, track key engagement and sustainability metrics
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability and CSR
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR initiatives is an advantage

Role Description
- The People Engagement & Sustainability Specialist is a full time, on site role in Riyadh responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring people engagement initiatives.
- Daily activities include planning internal engagement programs, supporting well being and recognition initiatives, and collecting feedback.
- The specialist also develops corporate sustainability and CSR initiatives, supports sustainability reporting, and collaborates with cross functional teams.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability and CSR.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Professional proficiency in English and strong command of standard office and collaboration tools.
Pay
- SAR 7,000 SAR 10,000 per month.
