We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our People Operations team and provide practical, hands-on advice to leaders and employees across a broad range of people matters.
This is an advisory role with a strong focus on end-to-end employee relations case management, stakeholder engagement and influencing. You’ll work closely with People Leaders and People Partners to resolve people matters fairly, consistently and in line with employment obligations.
You’ll join a lean, fast-paced People team where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, take ownership of your work and manage competing priorities in a hands-on environment.

About the role
We’re looking for a People Advisor to join our People Operations team and provide practical, hands-on advice to leaders and employees across a broad range of people matters.
This is an advisory role with a strong focus on end-to-end employee relations case management, stakeholder engagement and influencing. You’ll work closely with People Leaders and People Partners to resolve people matters fairly, consistently and in line with employment obligations.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including performance, conduct, grievances and workplace investigations, through to resolution.
- Provide practical and trusted advice to People Leaders, helping them navigate people matters and make sound, consistent decisions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence leaders to achieve appropriate people outcomes, including respectfully challenging where required.
- Assess people matters, identify risks and determine appropriate actions, escalating complex or sensitive issues when needed.
- Partner with People Partners and key stakeholders on complex cases and broader people initiatives.
