Role Overview
We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist (PrismHR) to lead new client onboarding and system implementations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has deep experience implementing PEO clients within PrismHR.
You’ll own the end-to-end implementation process—from initial discovery through system configuration, payroll setup, benefits integration, and go-live. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Benefits, Operations and 3 rd party vendors to ensure a smooth, accurate, and scalable onboarding experience.
This role offers the opportunity to take on diverse projects and responsibilities as we scale, contributing to both client implementations and broader operational initiatives.
