Our Pensions specialists sit within our nationwide Employment, Pensions & Immigration (EPIC) practice, led by Rena Magdani , ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leader in the Field in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. We advise employers, trustees and individuals on the full spectrum of pensions matters. The team supports clients across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, governance and regulatory compliance, scheme documentation, corporate transactions, restructurings, PPF‑related processes, and public‑sector arrangements.

We pride ourselves on delivering clear, commercial and pragmatic advice. Our lawyers work seamlessly across all 13 offices and collaborate closely with colleagues in employment and corporate teams to provide joined‑up support on complex and strategic pensions issues.
