Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments for infants, children, and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and motor disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on Sensory Integration Therapy, gross motor skill development, balance, posture, coordination training, and gait correction
- Work with children with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental delays
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and educators for multidisciplinary care
- Educate parents/caregivers on home exercise programs and behavioral strategies
- Track progress, maintain clinical documentation, and update treatment goals regularly
- Use play based and child friendly therapeutic approaches to enhance engagement
- Participate in case discussions and therapy planning meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
- DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory (active or in progress)
- Certification or formal training in Sensory Integration Therapy (preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of pediatric physiotherapy experience
- Proven experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental coordination disorder, toe walking and gait abnormalities
- Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental and behavioral conditions
