Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients
- Expertly establish and maintain IV lines in neonates and children
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, clinical conditions, and responses to treatments
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
- Educate and support patients' families regarding treatment plans and care practices
- Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid DHA License in Dubai (or eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of NICU/PICU experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in IV therapy in neonatal and pediatric populations
- BLS Certification required; PALS and NRP preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond in emergencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – minimum requirement.
- Valid DHA License in Dubai (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum 1 year of NICU/PICU experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IV therapy in neonatal and pediatric populations.
- BLS Certification required; PALS and NRP preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
