- Perform complex paediatric cardiac surgeries including open heart procedures, valve repairs, and congenital defect corrections
- Provide pre operative and post operative care, including ICU management and long term follow up
- Collaborate with paediatric cardiologists, anaesthesiologists, and intensivists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in on call rotations and emergency surgical interventions
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and fellows
- Contribute to departmental research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery from a recognized institution
- Board Certification (e.g., American Board, FRCS, Arab Board, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5–10 years of post fellowship experience in paediatric cardiac surgery
- Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes in high volume centers
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset but not mandatory

Role Summary
- Seeking a highly skilled and board certified Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon to join a leading healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia
- Responsible for delivering expert surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents with congenital and acquired heart conditions, while contributing to academic, research, and multidisciplinary initiatives

- Prior experience in the GCC region is preferred
