Job Purpose
Supervise and coordinate fabrication and erection activities for Pre-Engineered Buildings.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, according to design specifications, and within project timelines.
PEB Fabrication
- Supervise fabrication in the workshop or site fabrication yard.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly of steel components.
- Check material availability and coordinate with procurement.
- Conduct quality checks for dimensions, alignment, and welding.
- Maintain daily production and progress reports.
PEB Erection
- Supervise erection of columns, rafters, purlins, and sheeting at the site.
- Plan erection sequences and lifting operations safely.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and erection crews.
- Ensure alignment, leveling, and bolting according to drawings.
- Oversee roof and wall cladding installation.
- Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed.
