PURPOSE OF POSITION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Create and Update assembly SOPs for CCBU.
• · Assist with NPI builds and help lead activity on production floor to meet shipments.
• · Assist engineering with special process improvement projects.
• · Assist in the implementation of ECN’s and reworks needed for production.
• · Provide Training to Operations regarding new products and processes.
• · Take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to reason, even when dealing with emotional topics
• · Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement process improvement projects.
• · Collect, maintain and analyze data and metrics to improve TAT and FPY.
• · Assist with resolving Engineering Holds in a timely manner
• · Support Ops Team on day to day system issues.
• · Assist engineering in the system maintenance and product setup.
• · Provide maintenance support on engineering equipment
• · Ability to deal with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
• · Able to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation and a sense of urgency
• · Other duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• · Associates degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering or equivalent preferred.
